The mornings feel different since I switched to this Darjeeling—that full-bodied, almost wild spiciness hits exactly right with a bit of milk, and the fruity ripeness lingers nicely between sips. It's a proper second flush that doesn't need any sugar to satisfy.

The second flush depth here is something else—that fruity, ripe edge cuts right through the full-bodied spice. Brewed it strong this morning and it still tasted clean, almost wild, like the mountains are in the cup.
