I was skeptical about a caffeine-free Earl Grey, but the rooibos base gives it a smooth, almost honeyed sweetness that the bergamot really shines through on. Perfect for my evening cup without keeping me up.
The bergamot oil is bright and true, not muted like I feared from a rooibos base. It brews up a gorgeous deep red cup with that honeyed earthiness making it perfect as an evening treat. This is my new go-to when I want the Earl Grey ritual without the caffeine.
