I was a bit skeptical about the whole GABA-in-tea thing, but this oolong actually delivers a calm, clear-headed focus without any jitters. The brewing process brings out a smooth, slightly buttery finish that makes it easy to sip through an afternoon of work.

The GABA content in this oolong is seriously noticeable — I’m sipping it mid-afternoon and my usual 3pm slump just never hits. The flavor is mellow and grassy, which I wasn’t expecting, but it’s become my new work-from-home ritual.

The calm from this GABA-rich oolong hits within twenty minutes, and it doesn't fade into a jittery crash like coffee does. I actually get through my afternoon emails without that restless, wired feeling. It's become my daily two o'clock ritual.
