Il y a un demi-siècle, le célèbre marchand de thé Helwig Hooss a créé cette composition de thé sophistiquée à partir de pas moins de sept thés différents. Son neveu, notre fondateur Jens, s'est inspiré de la recette originale et a fait revivre ce plaisir de thé particulier en hommage à la création de P&T en 2011.
