I’ve been brewing this for a week now and that muscatel note is just incredible—it comes through bold but not bitter, even when I steep it a bit longer than I should. The altitude really does something to the leaves, the aroma alone fills the kitchen.
The honey sweetness lingers in a way that makes every sip feel unhurried, and the high-altitude Yunnan character really comes through in the finish. I've been brewing it gongfu style and the leaves hold up for multiple steepings without losing that muscat grape aroma.
